Never had one since I don't even have an HDTV; chose to get a monitor instead. However, I got PS3 recently so you could consider me in the Blu-ray camp. Still, I do not plan on getting any BD discs until they come down in price to $30 or less and I get an HDTV. Oh, and until I get a BD layer. My PS3's BD has already died once within a month of purchase, no way I'm going to put "unnecessary" wear (not gaming) on it.
J&R has a couple hundred titles under $30:

I'll keep it since I'll be getting a PS3 this year anyway.
Though I will probably get a stand alone Blu-Ray player once prices are reasonable since the stupid PS3 doesn't work with a universal remote and I don't want another remote to use for something and don't really care to try to control movies with a controller.

I've got 10 free movies coming in the mail (HD-A2 + XBOX HD-DVD), Heroes Season 1 on HD-DVD, The Matrix Trilogy ($20, Circuit City price mistake), and I'll be the first in line to get the HD-DVDs out of the bargain bin. I don't see why this has to be a bad thing at all; if I really start longing for some BluRay I'll just get a PS3 at a good deal, you can walk away with a 40GB for $280 if you know what you're doing.

Call Chase (866-422-6566) and ask them to rush the card for an "immediate purchase." Head to Target this week, buy a PS3, and get a $40 Target Gift Card; use it and buy a controller or game or something![]()

Insert the IR USB Dongle into the PS3, and teach your Universal Remote the commands from the Nyko remote. You'll get all the main functionality you need besides power on/off (which isn't a big deal, since you have to insert a disc anyways).
Thanks to this workaround I can use my Harmony 880 when watching blu-rays on the PS3.
