I didn't realize people gave gifts like it was a birthday. I always just do something romantic like book her a day at the spa followed by a nice dinner.
 
My wife is getting me a Vita, I have no fucking idea what to get her. Probably a necklace since I haven't gotten her jewelry in a while. Then the usual flowers and dinner. Not sure where we will go for dinner, I hear Golden Coral is good!
 
Sending flowers to work solely because I got a free year of Slacker premium for doing it. I'm enjoying my unlimited skips. Still a stupid day.

I'm sure I won't get anything though.
 
Getting her this, she's been wanting it for awhile. Still contemplating whether I should have some flowers sent to work or not. Then we're going to the Wings game that night.

given that my boyfriend's birthday is like the day before Valentine's Day, I feel like the onus should be on him to plan something for v-day since I'm already planning for his birthday, but I think all the planning will be on me anyways.

I originally thought that we weren't going to do anything since we'll both be out of town (separately -- he's going on a cruise and I've got a training seminar to attend for work), but yesterday he was like "we should do something for Valentine's Day after I get back, but I have no idea what."

I might do a compromise date -- take him out to dinner, but to a restaurant that I want to go to, since I took him out for burgers for his birthday 😛
