She's PREGNANT! Depending on how far along she is she probably can't tie her own shoes much less bang her husband (at least not comfortably)!
 
Last year I bought her a burial plot and she didn't even have the decency to use it.

Ask yourself this, is there anything that she NEEDS, or will use on a regular basis? That'll make it easier than trying to guess on what she would LIKE.
