Picking up two sacks of crawfish here. I'm excited and can't stop thinking about CRAWWWWWWWWFISHHHHHHH. lol

Grilling some skirt steak up to put on some nachos. Made ribs tonight and was going to have some leftovers, but I ate them all. =(

Ground sirloin sliders with blue cheese, onion jam and arugula. Smoked, BBQ wings. Fresh guacamole with chips and pico.

Bunch of real party animals here...😱

We're having sammiches...various cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, assorted crackers and chips, pork & beans/ baked beans, and beer or soda. My wife is making a variety of sweets for dessert as well.

I don't participate in Super Bowl, but I'm leaning towards pasta for dinner, though the smoked salmon sounds pretty good. No cream cheese, thanks. I could put together a koldtbord for dinner; some fishies and cheese, maybe salami... hmm...

Have a shrimp ring and stuff on the way and been prepping these for days now.

Probably nothing. We'll eat our lo mein before the game. Maybe nachos, maybe not. I make a salsa with tomatillo as the base and add Huy Fong chili-garlic sauce for heat. It's not bad and it's quick.

Beef jerky is an expensive treat these days . . around $3.80 for a 3.25 ounce package of the Kroger brand. Pulverizing the jerky pieces in a blender makes it easier to chew.
