I had an Avocado Boba (like a bubble tea with black tapioca pearls, but a smoothie instead) the other day at a local Vietnamese restaurant. It was actually strangely good, so I'm working on replicating it right now. It's apparently called an Avocado Shake or "Sinh tố bơ".

Not into sports though, so I'll probably eat and then take a nap :D

theres a block of chicken wings defrosting on the kitchen counter because i forgot to take them out last night

no idea what to put on them, maybe just fry'em up.

Get em in the sink with running water. They'll thaw faster and you're less likely to make somebody sick.

Probably not watching the game (no cable or satellite - cut the cord) - I'm not really a fan of either team, so I don't really care who wins - not enough to search around online and find a stream from some foreign country out of the reach of quick shutdowns (and stream the audio on the radio).

But, extra colossal king crab legs cooking right now, with butter & peas. Things are almost as big around as my wrist. :) And, perhaps later, a bit of wine while we sit in the hot tub and enjoy this snowfall we're supposed to get. (Praying to the snowday gods.)

Went with pasta. I'll get a fire going shortly, and pour a glass of mead.

Wings, with a little pasta, maybe a small salad.

Oh and this:

I just tried making some pizza burgers. However, the shitty oven in this apartment only has an "off" and "high" setting, so instead of browning the meat it went to black.

So, I am eating some tater tots, probably a frozen pizza later.

Picking up some pizza and wings right now. Hate cooking so this makes it easy. Well, I am baking some chocolate chip cookies for dessert since nothing takes better than fresh baked cookies.

I did Paula Deen's hot wings and dip recipe, and my wife did Alton Brown's sliders.

Yeah, we usually watch the Food Network instead on Sunday nights.

Octopus, shrimp, and scallops in red sauce with pasta. In a food coma.
