I'm trying to get my weight under control by cutting managing types of food I eat and portion sizes. The problem is, I can't seem to develop a meal plan that will keep my satisfied after I eat. I feel hungry!
Example: for lunch I had a SmartOnes entee and an apple. An hour later I was hungry again so I had a small bag (1 oz) of beef jerky. An hour later I was hungry again
Are there any foods, meals that help supress hunger and still good for me?
