Oh yeah...and you might want to avoid diet sodas. There is some downright evil stuff in those that just is not worth it.

Drink plenty of water, eat lots of vegetables including salads with a minimal amount of dressing. You can also avoid sugar altogether.

let me repeat what's been said... water!
drink ~1 gallon per day
after a day or two it really does make you less hungry, the ONLY thing that has worked at all

Try to make most of your meals with very filling ingredients. Mostly grains that are cooked and absorb water. Oatmeal, pasta, rice, etc. Pay no attention to all that anti-carb nonsense, pay attention to calories.

well, sort of. oatmeal is good, but pasta and rice will give your blood sugar spike and you'll be hungry again soon

Do you live on your own?
I have found since I have started living on my own, I have lost weight, because there are no snack foods in the house.
No chips, cookies, cakes, sugar, nothing.
I just will not buy anything unhealthy.

I usually find oatmeal to be the least filling and satisfying out of those three. To me it seems like pasta -> rice -> oatmeal. Maybe oatmeal just leaves me feeling bland in general. Blandy bland, bland bland barand a dand bland. Oatmeal sucks unless you dump a bunch of sugar into it, and then what's the point? It is no longer healthy.

Are there any foods, meals that help supress hunger and still good for me?

SmartOnes entree? Is that one of those small microwave dishes full of noodles/rice?

No wonder you're hungry.

The whole reason why people gain weight is because they eat stuff like this. Learn about what GI is:

http://www.glycemicindex.com/

Processed grains have many calories, but they don't last long.

Toss that expensive crap and buy some walnuts, peanuts, almonds. I wouldn't eat too many caschews because they're loaded with fiber.

Eat meat and whole grains.

Try some herbal tea and green tea. They can decrease you're appetite and green tea increases body fat metabolism.

Also, never eat anything with "High Fructose Corn Syrup" in it. It's the exact opposite of an appetite supressant effectively.

It's not anti-carb. Just that processed carbs will make many people into a fat factory.

Pasta? Depends on the pasta. Normal noodles and prego = fat factory.

Whole grain pasta + sauce without HFCS and lots of meat = good.

The sad thing is you may not be joking and what you said is true, amphetimines kill appetite.
