The only other car made with carbon fiber that I can think of that is dollar-for-HP worthy is the Z06.

on my car plastic(some type of urethane i am guessing) and sheet metal.. (body of course) and maybe a few other things... old cars: STEEL.

All the different manufacturers? There are like 100 different major manufacturers. Plus, no company uses just a single material.

GM, for example uses composite plastics for the Corvette and certain Saturn models. Audi and Jaguar use aluminum for some of there models. Ferrari, Porsche, and other high end exotic companies have products built of carbon fibre and epoxy.

The vast majority still use steel.

If it's anything like my old 1999 Integra GS-R, it is made of too-thin, easily dented steel. I swear you could dump a bag of packing peanuts over that car and it would look like it was in the hailstorm of the century . . .

Not sure if I'm reading your post right, but the Z06 isn't made of carbon fibre. Its a composite plastic - i.e. fiberglass.

Not sure if I'm reading your post right, but the Z06 isn't made of carbon fibre. Its a composite plastic - i.e. fiberglass.

There's a special edition Z06 (or future production model, I don't remember which) that will have a carbon fiber hood to lighten the load.
