And this is supposed to be a bachelor party.

Keep the soon to be married man out of the brothels, that's not cool at all.

My suggestion was for you, not him.

Mustang Ranch is by Reno. Prostitution in Las Vegas is illegal. Most everything else is legal.
Bring swim trunks and you can enjoy the 2nd best water theme park on theplanet,"Wet and Wild".

Its over 100 degrees in the day and much of your waking hours. Booze is free if you arte gambling. Tips is how people get paid in Vegas. 15% will be fine, even if you get free drinks. Tip your dealers as well every now and then, especially if you are dealt a good wining hand. You can take a free shuttle to just about every decent hotel on the strip and see everything WITHOUT renting a car. If you are drinking, walk or call a cab. They are everywhere.

You can spend 3 days on the strip and not see anddo everything.

Your hotel has a nice rollar coaster too. You can lose your lunch on that one.

See a show, any show. That is part of the experience. Don't blow the oppurtunity.

I assume you are 21 or over,so all I've said applies. I live 108 miles up the road in southern Utah. I go to Vegas regularly. You will really enjoy it. It's a blast.

Spend your money sparingly. Its easy to blow your wad in one night, and that would make for a lousy weekend. Set aside just the amount you are willing to lose gambling. Save the rest for entertainment and food.

ENJOY!

Don't go to a whorehouse.

Get them to come to your hotel room. Trust me about five minutes after you get there you figure out how easy that is to arrange.

Aladdin's buffet is pretty good for the price. Not too far from NYNY either, IIRC. You shouldn't be down there anyway, but if you are, avoid Circus Circus's buffet. Especially at breakfast. If, by chance, you are forced at gunpoint to eat at circus circus's buffet for breakfast, do not eat the bacon.

Ceaser's Palace is unbelievable. When (and if) I ever return to Vegas (not likly unless for a convention), I'll be staying there. Check out the Forum Shops. When I was there, the Versace shop was closed cause he had just been shot the day before.

Any Cirque du Soleil show is really worth seeing. "O" is a great show at the Bellagio but call ahead for tickets ($100 ouch).

The rollercoaster at New York New York is great ($5)

Parking and driving sucks in Vegas so I just use a cab. No hassels.

The seafood buffet at the RIO is second to none. (best waitress unis)

There is a cool coaster and big shot ride on the top of the Srtatospere at the end of the strip.

Man, the list goes on but those are a few.

Belagio is more centrally located. Go there. Take advantage of everything online you can find between now and then. There are special room rates and other perks available on line. Bring sunscreen. Any outdoor activity this time of year is brutal.;)

Goto the voodoo lounge, but dress appropriately. very nice place and has good view of las vegas at night.

Rio is a cool place to goto also.

forgot about stratosphere, just not worth it.

if you gamble and play blackjack, goto Sahara with the $1 tables.

If you like shopping, Ceasar's has good shopping.

For clubbing, there's "RA" and "the beach" and rio also.

you don't have to gamble to get free drinks btw, just pretend to gamble (sit at a slot machine) and ask the waitres for a drink and give her a $1 tip when she comes back with it.

Isn't there a range just outside of town where, for about $100, you spend all day learning how to shoot automatic weapons? I thought there was a thread about it a few months ago.

The last time I was there, I ate at a place called The Paddle Wheel. All-you-can-eat King crab legs and a bucket of beer for $5!

I remember calling around to the local golf courses to see if we could get in a round. The only place that could get us off right away wanted $75 for 18 holes. I remember thinking "fvck that!" and went back down to the casino and in the time it would've taken me to play a round of golf I lost about $400 at the tables...go figure.
