chirping.

we chirped our principle our senior year.

wait for said victim to leave windows slightly rolled down.
Purchase 3-4 bags of crickets.
Dump in car.
Epic win.

Or you can catfish charlie someone. Go buy a bag of catfish charlie and stick underneath door handles of vechiles or doorknobs. You can't wash that shit off, no pun intended. It has to wear off. Yummy.

For my senior year in high school, we did a fundraiser by putting flamingos in people's yards and to remove them you had to pay whatever amount you wanted from $1-whatever, just to donate. Instead of the money aspect just put random stuff in their yards. Go to the dollar tree and spend like $20 on 20 random nicknacks and place them all over the yard or hide them all over!

Guineas. A couple dozen to roam the neighborhood. They're the gift that keeps on giving.

Make it look like a huge birthday party setup with balloons and stuff, but instead of "happy birthday" all the signs say "you lost the game".

Rather than killing grass. Spell something out using lawn fertilzer. It'll last much longer.

Or tulip bulbs. Could fabricate some kind of tool that can quickly shoot them in the ground in such a way that it does not damage the grass too much. Like some kind of blade system that opens a slit and slips the bulb in an then closes it. Random offensive flowerbed shows up in spring. :D
