What a fscked up christmas.

Ya'll remember my post about our finances. I still haven't paid rent and have just a few gifts for the kids. At least I got them stuff they really wanted.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter had surgery a week ago Friday to remove her adnoids. Dr said she removed a glob of flesh the size of a marshmallow! So she's been miserable anyway...

Then Wed night she dove off the bathroom counter onto the floor! Now she has 2 stitches in her lip. It's a battle to keep her from crying all day due to the pain. Plus she has a cold on top of all that and because of the surgery she can't blow her nose or use an aspirator (booger sucker).

It's hard to make it through each day. But my kids need me. I just wanna crawl into a hole and pull it in after me.

EDIT: Wife told me last night (the reason I didn't get back online) what happened at her dr's appointment on friday.

The doctor said he's certain, pending a biopsy, she has colon cancer.

Wife didn't want to say anything in front of the kids that's why she waited.

Also, guys, keep in mind this isn't a plea for money. Someone dropped some money in my paypal last night. While I'm not gonna turn it down, I'm NOT asking either. (But whoever it was, THANKS!)

my kids are past that stage, but now the oldest is 12 and gettin the horriblemones/thinks she is an adult

somtimes i think changing a p00py diaper is easier to deal with

my little sister is 14 now. oh man. . . a lot of times i tell her that whatever she is thinking now, about wanting to be independent, and thinking that she is grown, and thinking that she knows what she's doing, one day she'll look back and realize that i was right 90% of the time.
