This is not new News, there was a thread a little while back on how the U.S. is becoming the Penal Colony the Brits dreamed Australia would be but the U.S. is succeeding.

Wha? How in the world does it cost that in much to build that in iraq? I can see, maybe, for ultra high security prisons built in the USA but in iraq? Cmon!

war ON drugs, not war AGAINST drugs.

I believe it refers to the state of the ruling party.
