Ok perhaps you guys can help me decide what to do here.
I was sitting down at my desk at college about 10 mins ago. My friend knocked on the door and i got up to answer it my left leg gave out. More particularly my knee. So i got up and it felt weird.
As i walked back to my desk i found i couldn't put a lot of pressure on it. And then i found i couldn't extend it all the way.
Upon further inspection, it seems like there is something blocking it from extending all the way. I can see it swell up sort of when i extend it all the way, and it feels like there is something there blocking it. I kept trying to expecting a small pop and for everything to feel better, but all that happens is that blocked feeling increases and then it hurts.
Im going to the health center in the morning, is there any reason i should go tonight? Or is there anything i can try to see if i might not have to go?

Edit Update: Went to athletic center, nurse doesn't know, so i have an appt with athletic doctor at 415.
Edit: Went to the doctors and he diagnosed it. See last post.
Edit: Went back to the doctors. One tuesday my knee was hurting extremely badly. So he asked me how it is going, and i told him that i was in pain. And i told him i needed an MRI and XRAY done for the orthopedist. He was a little suprised about the MRI but they got both scheduled and i had the XRAY today. I also got a Narcotic Pain medication and crutches.
Orthopedist is on Oct. 9
Edit: Ok im in college and obviously, being a guy, is out hanging out with friends and stuff (As in girls). I want to stay working out as much as possible since I cant run everyday. Do you guys think it would be a bad idea to do upper body exercises while i wait for the diagnosis on my knees?
