Really? Go try to take a tiger's meal while he's eating it. I'm pretty sure you'll very quickly about ownership of property. The government has the power, so they make ownership real. It's the same thing.

Sure, I'll be sure to take a gun along. Similarly for what the government/people giveth it can taketh. Thanks for proving the point about said intelligence.

Visas allow for an increase in supply not bound by the country borders. Open borders and cheap relocation greatly increases labor supply and thus lowers the wage being offered.

Honestly just look at Trump as basically a union organizer. He is looking to decrease the supply of labor in order to protect the interests of a few (in this case, America as a whole) over the many.

With that in mind Jhhnn should adore Trump, he owes a lot to artificial wage manipulators aka unions.

I haven't argued for open borders at all.

So... you can't refute the argument, and you resort to name calling. Congrats.

Whoever has the power makes the rules. Power exists in all environments. Hence so does property ownership. Even total communal environments like ants still exhibit forms of ownership. You have yet to make a valid argument otherwise - other than "uh-uh. does not. nanana." Of course, based on your posting history that's pretty much par for you, isn't it?

It's hardly my fault you lack the mental faculties to grasp what legal ownership means. Unfortunately this is not a repairable problem as you will no doubt demonstrate.

LOL!
You're such a numbskull.

I know it's your pipe dream, but you are *never* going to steal your 'prosperity' from someone else you sanctamonious little shithead.

Other people no matter how successful or not-sucessful don't exist to be your economic slaves. If you have no value in the society (and it appears you don't have much, just from your general shit attitude barely beyond the status of 'criminal') then you will exist at the lower rung of it. That's just reality, and you won't steal your way out of it. Nor enslave anyone else to bail you out of it. Not now, not any any fantasy future.

It's so telling how twats like you always whine at conservatives on the one hand, but then in the next breath its really you whining that all the conservatives won't roll over and be your cradle to grave economic mommy and daddy, giving you your prosperity. Fuck off, manchild.

Here's a dose of reality for you: I hope your ilk trades places with the third world you pretend to care so much about. I hope you're the one living in a fucking box over a sewer, while someone who is now in the third world but who's a decent human being, inherts the opportunities your lame ass ilk pisses away. You DESERVE to trade places, you turd. MAY IT HAPPEN.

Mighty fine set of assumptions, obviously necessary to maintain your holier than thou FYGM attitude. I could take that attitude myself except that I realize I've been more lucky than good. You just think you're more good than lucky. Given your ability to jump to conclusions & cast aspersions on those who disagree with you I figure you're badly mistaken in believing so. You know nothing about me other than what I post. The truth is that I will gain nothing personally from the things I propose other than perhaps higher taxes.

It's not about me, but it's obviously all about you, your insecurities & your need to feel superior, to identify with with the Rich. You're not among them, I'm sure, & likely never will be. But you go on as if raising their taxes to rival that of other First World Rich will deprive them of the good life. It's simply not true because they spend only a small part of their incomes on lifestyle. The rest goes back to investment & the game of Power where money is just a way of keeping score. They don't earn by working but rather by owning.

Let's be fair here. Zaap probably makes enough to look down on people making somewhat less.

Who knows? It's probably this-

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illusory_superiority

Not to get too Moonbeamish, but I mostly count my lucky stars. I'd like to see more people get lucky rather than a very, very few getting very very lucky indeed. The revered Job Creators obviously won't give that up willingly. As a group they never really have, either.

I think it's pretty obvious he blusters far more than his capacity mental or otherwise warrants, which rather explains his views here.

Its actually much harder now than then precisely because of social media. Back then, how many news outlets were there? How big were their audience? Compare that to today where the numbers of information distribution points are probably well over 100's and each one has a miniscule amount of the total audience. What agent was trying to point out to you is that reaching people like chucky, snvla, and def, would require a propaganda machine the size of the likes the world and all its history have never seen, combined.

He isn't being negative, he's being real.

See above, how continuing lying is an ongoing behavior of agent fail. You were saying something about "propaganda"? He's being real indeed....LOL.

When people ask why stuff isn't made in the USA anymore, wages are only a part of it. The other thing is that the legal system is such that factories and business owners walk on eggshells.

It really sucks that American factory owners can't put cages around their factories to keep workers from killing themselves, dump their raw waste right into the river behind their factory and pump toxic pollutants directly into the air. Thankfully they can do it overseas..... for awhile at least. When the overseas people have the technology and manufacturing, they will happily slit the economic throats of the moronic American capitalists who sold out their country and its people for an easy buck. America's first world problems could be a thing of the past in a couple generations.

Do not dare say that a rising tide raises all ships, this chart puts paid to that ridiculous and scurrilous myth.

The most ethical way to live would be to be without heat, with few possessions, etc. And it might actually be a better way to live. But we want our gadgets and appliances which make life easier and more pleasant.

In a normal world without the China effect, we'd have a constant real argument about inflation vs taxes and cheap goods vs natural common goods, and we would actually see direct tradeoffs occurring and think that it is worth paying a bit more for an iPhone if we also can get the air a little cleaner. But that is all gone thanks to globalization, and the fact that we have authoritarian China pulling the rug under from that argument.

Further case in point that conservatives are a perpetual national burden for the advancement of the country. I can't imagine it'll get better once any useful product of their simple minds are replaced by computers.

We are burden by your non-stop lies and ability to fold easily like a coward. Keep repeat the same lies will not make them become truth. Simple mind indeed. Keep lying and I will continue to expose, shame and humiliate you in public so everyone (here and around the world) can laugh at your cluelessness.

Dear the readers, look how this pathic liar will response with more nonsense and rant yet unable to provide anything substantial. So sad to be such a pathetic liar, unable to follow simple comand.

Sit, booboo, sit.

I'm sure the conservatives will take as much responsibility for overinflating these simpleton egos as they do for electing Trump.

You support all the free trade agreements and import workers on H1Bs taking away our jerbs?

I could see allowing the continued existence of a "free market" IF we establish a proper social safety net to compensate.
Right now it's a crisis because people live and die by the job. They are too dependent on the undependable.
Protectionism is a reaction to the volatility of the job market, and our inability to enact a solution.

Not really. If you sell your product in the US you face most of the liabilities you would if you produced your product in the US. There are some regulations on workplace safety and environmental damage from industry, but we are not going to remove those, and are more than likely going to start requiring foreign factories to comply if they want to import products.

Protectionism is in certain groups' self-interest irrespective of job market volatility. Even if someone makes a good living, more easily making a better living is advantageous.
