...so now the burger is thicker, only because they reduced its density? (Or else the article just didn't include all the details.)
They have moar air pockets, we all know air pockets add flavor.

wtf people in the rest of the country have no clue what should be on burgers. moar pickles, moar onions, no mayo, ketchup belongs on fries, and extra mustard.
Getting one for lunch. I'll post a review 🙂
I am planning on trying one also, they open in about 20 minutes. It would suck if I got there and they didn't have them yet.
That's EXACTLY what happened. The manager didn't even know about it 😀
I had a double anyway, with a chili. I seldom eat junk food like that so it was a nice treat. Wendy's has some of the best chain burgers around.

I remember Wendy's from back in College (12 years ago). Do they still have those square patties? I always thought they got the packing efficiency angle covered with square patties and buns.
...and tables you could read....
I've always liked their burgers.
And the plastic gem "curtains." A little like hippie bead doors.
As a kid there were many times we'd go to the science museum (COSI) and then eat dinner across the street at the first Wendy's.
If it doesn't have the ingredients you want, just add it.
What sucks is when they change something major, like the bun.
Their chicken sandwich buns were "pretzelized" a few years ago and are too thick and doughy.
I usually ask for my sandwich on a regular bun now a days.
I'm eating one now and it doesn't look fucking anything like that.
It's not bad though. Reminds me a bit of the Big Carl.
