Dave Thomas was a master of efficiency. He made square burgers to fit more on the grill, and he made chili to use up the leftover beef so it didnt go to waste.

Thought this was common knowledge.

they put that together on premises? i figured it came in a can like that and they just heated it.

actually now that i think about it, i think that stuff came in a bag and was frozen, and we'd throw it in a big metal pot and in the fryer to heat it up/cook it

have you ever heard the phrase: "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it"?

Spare your appetite and don't look up the term "pink slime".

Also, don't think about pink elephants.

You mean "mechanically separated" right?

A lot of bogus stuff about that out there too.

There's nothing wrong with it except people making a big deal of what it looks like after it's processed.

People eat a lot of stuff that looks disgusting.

Usually when someone won't eat one thing because it's disgusting, you can quiz them and you will find out that they eat other stuff that's just as bad to you...

Pink slime and pink meat are 2 different things. Pink meat is mechanically separated meat. Pink slime is much, much worse. Look it up.

OK, we know fast food is prepared for the restaurants convenience and the Baconator has a lot of fat content, show me how it's being prepared and served that might be unacceptable to the end consumer, your "trust me, you don't want to know" statement implies some sort of unsafe conditions of the food being severed, tell us how?
