The GPS question, one of the answers was magnets. Don't those satellites have magnets in them somewhere?

Wouldn't be surprised if they have more then a few in them... but you know that's not what they were going for.

11/12. I thought the electron vs atom was a trick question because no one has ever seen a fucking atom. Ever.

Wrong. If you want to include Pluto as a planet then we have at least 13 planets in our solar system.

you basing it on size?
10 - moon
11 - Ganymede
12 - titan
13 - triton?

my scientific basis for 'nine planets' is that it sounds nice.

11/12 forgot my chemistry from 16 years ago and didn't know the difference between electrons vs. atoms. I sucked at chemistry anyway. But I was awesome at biological sciences.
lol, I missed the same question, 11/12

How about linking to said graph instead of making us take some crappy quiz?
Because the graph is a bit meaningless without seeing the questions.

Based on the quiz results, my hypotenuse is that people get their scientific knowledge from watching TV commercials.
My theerios would tend to agree.

So, this means I can skip 12th grade, right? And since I didn't get a D, I should be set for top schools?
Oddly enough, this offer is void in Utah.

goddamn astronomers simply voting pluto out. THERE ARE NINE PLANETS!
THERE! ARE! FOUR! PLANETS!

...right?
