Same here. 🙁 It's been 4-5 years since I stopped watching new episodes.
 
'Cause people keep watching the show and companies keep buying the commercial time slots. This show will never end.

It's unfortunate. They took what Groening did and tore it apart.

It went from "smart" humor to dumb, lowest common denominator humor.
They went from using guest stars cleverly, i.e. Michael Jackson, to an endless parade of guest stars that don't really fit into the show.
They made the main characters charicatures of themselves - they made Homer TOO dumb, Lisa TOO annoying and whiny, etc.

It's really not the same show anymore.

And yeah, American Dad sucks too.

Good question. But the Manitees that write the show never had any talent to begin with. FG just sucks.
