Actually, they called me saturday and left a voicemail when I was out running, by the time I got home, they were closed.
After verifying that they were legit, I called them back.
Back in July, I moved into a new apartment, which gets power service from a different company. Old apartment had service through SRP, new place has APS. I canceled SRP in July, gave them my new address and phone number. When I moved out, I left a forwarding address and phone number with the old apartment managers.
3 months later, they turn my name over to a debt collection company, saying I owe them 45 dollars.
What the hell? In 3 months, you can't call me or mail me a bill, or contact me in anyway. Supposedly, this won't effect my credit score because it didn't get reported to that level, but I'm going to pull that in a few minutes.
SRP = Bastards.
