Weird science shit I will never understand.

It's like your significant other. Until you look at her, she could be in a fancy dress or in her pyjamas.

Congratulations, you've successfully merged Freud and Schrodinger into a single statement. 😎

D:

ha! good one! wrong hole wrong hole!

Seriously, the double slit experiment and Schrodinger's cat thought experiment have something in common. They both deal with the strange world of quantum mechanics. As Feynman once said if you think you understand quantum mechanics, you don't understand quantum mechanics.

I think one of the main reasons for this is measurement. Our experiments can only go so far in measuring things that are so small. When the instrument taking the measurement affects the outcome, you've got problems getting to the bottom (sup Freud) of what's going on.

lol, Chet rocked.

So how is the cat thing applied? What's the point? The reality is the cat is either dead or alive. Just because I don't know the answer, doesn't make them both true.

Schrodinger was lying, it's a naked Natalie Portman in the box. He was right about one thing though, that if you look into the box you can't see her.
