I am currently 17 years old. In the past 4-5 months, my weight has increased from 140 to 180 pounds. I'm 5'7. In order to reduce, I started going to the gym everyday last week. I now do only the elliptical machine for 45 min ( and lose 400 calories according to the machine ) since I dont like the treadmill too much. Is this enough if I continue this regimen for a few months?
