While at work today I decided to take the stairs (I've gotta go up and down like 10 times a day so I usually just take the elevator). When I got to the top I was really breathing heavy.
Over the last 4 years, my weight has gone like this:
242 lbs -> 170 -> 230
Right now I am at 230 lbs and I need to make some big changes. I think my biggest problem is just the food that I eat. Lots of fast food, pizza, soft drinks, etc. I do get exercise playing hockey every week, but I could go to the gym as well just to stay a little more active.
I'm going to make this my weight loss thread. Maybe I'll update it once a week just so I can see my progress (I'll probably forget about the thread though...)

I didn't start making any real changes until a week ago. I was 232 when I started, I'm now 229.
I'm going to the gym 4 days a week.
My goal is to lose about 2 lbs a week. I would love to reach 200 by September, but that will take some dedication.

Well, after my first hard week, I ended up getting sick for about 2 weeks. That took away all my energy and motivation to go to the gym. I've been sedentary for almost a month now and have gone back to 232 lbs. I'm going back to the gym today.
