Beginning Weight (April 2nd, 2015): 264.6 pounds.

Diet: LCHF, 1600 calories/day, 25 or fewer carbohydrates.

Exercise: Weight training morning and afternoon for 25 minutes.

Goal Weight: 190 pounds by July 1st, 2015.
 
You lost 8 lbs since yesterday?

Your goal is admirable, but also completely unrealistic. It's so aggressive there is no chance you will stick to it, no matter how much you think you will 1-2 days in. Jack the calories up a bit and bring the timeline out. Good luck!

Really nothing special at all, just dumbbell exercises. No affiliation with that site, I just googled a quick link to give an example.

I also do pushups and situps. I try to keep things as simple as possible and not over-complicate it. 🙂
