Week from hell. What else can happen?

1) Doctor told me I have an autoimmune problem, but he does not know what it is. I have a throat infection that just won't quit... Goes on for months. He's stumped. Says it is like strep, but it is not strep. Any ideas?

2) Sold my PC parts to buy a Mac G5. Opened up case, and promptly fried motherboard by inserting RAM while it was powered on.

3) Wife and I are probably separating.

Anyone want to guess what happens next?
 
4) Your wife is leaving you for your best friend.

5) Your car will be stolen.

6) There's no alcohol in your 'fridge.
 
Man, that is pretty shitty. At least it's halfway over. I've not been having the best of weeks either but I think your's is a little worse than mine.

a sore throat that won't go away is a sign you may have mono.

how long ago did you have it? yes, you can get it twice.
