Congradulations man. Keep up the good work. You're definately looking like you're losing weight. I just recently lost around 10 pounds by just walking to work (which is about three miles) and I found that now I am walking faster and not being so out of breath. Can you tell that you have more stamina/endurance now that you've pretty much lost 60 lbs?

Wow dude, you're looking great and I can't even imagine how much greater you feel yourself :)

Keep it going once again and hopefully this will inspire some more people to do the same, myself included, heh ;)

wow, really good job there, keep it up. Btw, there might come a week where you might see no loss or might even gain a lb or 2 back but don't let that discourage you, be persistant and keep on pushing this. You're gonna be unrecognizable by december if you keep it up. :wine:

Awesome. Keep it up. You're looking good. I can't wait to see you at 225 it will be unreal.

As a side note you've served as an inspiration and I've been exercising regularly and paying attention to my diet more. <-- lost about 15 pounds already.
Thanks!

INCREDIBLE JOB, OP! Many congrats!

I haven't read 100% of the posts here, so forgive me if I'm repeating. From what I have read, the two main reasons for your success is your will power and intelligence. There are so many old, fat people who just don't understand what it takes to be committed to a weight-loss goal. You've obviously got this under control. Don't let anything deter you.

Now, if I may make a suggestion, start setting a new type of goal - weight lifting goals. Seriously, you've obviously got a large build through genes/conditioning/whatever, a great way to keep off the fat tissue would be to use that tendency to gain weight to make muscle. It looks like you're well aware you're going to have to transition at some point to more solid foods, so that will be the time to start looking at Body Fat % and gym goals as opposed to just losses on the scale.

Great job,

CK
