that is a cool ring! i fidget with my rings all the time, but im thinking that would tear out beard hair all the time.

my wedding band was a simple yellow gold band with a couple antiqued channels in it.

They're that style, but ours are yellow gold on the outside instead of white. My wife doesn't wear diamonds at all. She'd rather put a gazebo and hot tub in the back yard or upgrade the home theater. I'm a lucky man.

I like it because it is lightweight, strong and doesn't get all dinged up like gold bands do.

I had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together before my May 16 wedding and I think they are already coming apart! I had them soldered at a good jeweler and I take good care of my rings so I am just wondering if this is normal? How long does soldering usually last?

same here. OP, fancy rings are great for those that don't work with their hands or don't wear them while doing so.

I have a simple band...scratches and the like don't show so easily as they do on a fancy ring.

Got my titanium band from these guys 7 years ago. Still looks almost like new and I'm not easy on it. Love how light and comfortable titanium is.

picked it up @ jcpenny a few days before the wedding, otherwise I would have ordered online for cheaper. still paid under 100$, i found titanium to be the most comfortable/light etc etc of all the bands I tried on. I never ever wore a ring in my life before getting married so I wanted one I would hardly notice.

friend of mine has a hand made solid gold band. it easily gets out of round and he pushes it back into shape. pretty nice.

I have the double milgrain wedding band ring in platinum from Tiffany. Have had lots of compliments on it being manly. It is not cheap though.
