Web pages and emails load slowly after upgrade from 8 to 8.1

Doesn't Windows 8/8.1 already come with Windows Defender? Wouldn't adding another layer create conflicts?

Windows Defender will disable itself if you install another AV

I am really liking BD Free. I have not tried out Avast in a while.

I second Avast free. It's amazing even if it wasn't free.
