Web design feedback needed

Blue. Try it with a black border.

It doesn't render properly in firefox, and also has a few rough edges in IE6. You might do better with divs than tables I reckon...

IE6 still has a white background rather than the nice blending effect.

Can you take a screenshot for me please?

Damn. I guess IE 6 cant render PNG files. Crap! Thats going to make gifs looks like garbage

Well I got a fix implemented for the PNG files on almost everything. I could use some help on the home page though.

The middle text is over a PNG as the background image. Unfortunately since its a background image and not a regular one, the PNG hack doesn't work.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Might want to look into IE filters. I don't exactly know what they can do or how they do it because I don't give a flying ****** about IE, but apparently they've solved people's PNG issues in the past, particularly PNG alpha transparency for IE6.

Well i got the problem solved. the problem is that the solution caused another problem. When you use the PNG hack in ie 6 or 5.5, you evidently cant tile the PNG images....

argh!

Definitely a no on the blue/white background

And I think teh second globe looks more interesting, kind of like an old map.

And I'm not a big fan of the color gradient you set up. Maybe you can do a dark-light-dark gradient, so it looks like the side edges are worn

And the bottons up top dont stand out enough. At first glance I though it was a title to the page itself.

I like the gold one better personally b/c i think it looks more indiana jones old school like.... I have played around a bit with the gradient, but nothing good enough to where I like it. I ended up making everything a GIF on the main pages b/c IE 6 and below are piles of herpes.
