Weather Warfare?

Apparently China uses rockets to burst clouds to make it rain. I forget what the heck they put in the rockets. I'm not even sure if it works. I just know they actively do that. I just assume it works since they are still doing it last I read.

Silver iodide. Cloud seeding is not the same as the type of large scale weather control being talked about here. The basic idea is that water droplets will more readily form around the particles and thus fall as precipitation.

The Red Army faction is still a pretty powerful terrorist group. As far as capabilities, they could probably be ranked higher than Al-Quada, they just aren't as extreme in thier idealogy. Okay, lets think it through.
Even if it was possible to generate enough heat in the ocean to generate a hurricane, there would be no way to guarantee that is would form into a hurricane and not just become a tropical wave. Then even if it did form, there would be no way to steer it. For a weapon to be effective you need to be able to aim it at your enemy.
Now let?s look at the first idea of putting enough energy in the ocean to generate a hurricane. Do you think that it could be done with no one noticing? What exactly would they use to generate that much heat? How would it be transferred to the ocean with out the entire world going OMFGWTFLASER!!!1!

If you had a device able to put out that type of heat, why not just hit your enemy with it directly?

Nope, I find it deeply sad that paranoia is so difficult to cure. There is nothing to fear but fear itself but man that's enough. Blessed indeed would be he or she that could find peace is his or her faith.

I think we will see more artficial disaster in the future. It is not a proven fact that it's artificial but that's the whole ideas behind this covert operation to cause harm to people and blame it on global warming. Ever heard from one of our deceased president saying that most thing do not happen by accident but someone plan it that way. They could make up something as a distraction and our mind are then not able to draw any conclusion. The few that are gifted who can see though it will not be able to convince the mass since they tend to believe whatever others are saying.
