We have the technology to make nukes, to control weather, and even mind control. I believe USSR have it and so do USA. It is stationed in Alaska where it is kept away from the population from suspicion. Hurricane Katrina and Rita is not natural but a man made hurricane targeted at specific area to do their bidding.
Nukes are a thing of the past.. Now weather control is even easier to wreck havoc anytime on the planet in order to wipe out any many of theiir so called useless eater or hated group of ethnic people as possible in their plan to reduce population and have everyone under their control called The New World Order.

I have a theory and I want to prove it. If most people believe something whether it is true or not, then it is a fact. I didn't expect majority to believe anything that's not broadcast in the news because I know they all live in a fantasy world, and waking them up is harder then getting a person off dope.

Most facts are brushed aside as if some sort of conspiracy theory due to media brain washing campaign. I think I'm being bombarded by the mass.. I expect it and so anything I say is pointless to them.

Knowledge is power, seek it and stop being a dependent on a system called government to protect you that wants to own you like a product, to be used as they please, as their weapon against any foreign nation they want to rule over, whenever they want. They have used us as cannon fodder since the beginning of time and we still aren't aware of that. I will never stop preaching this until their is peace on earth.. until all the wickedness on this planet is eliminated. The government without the cooperation of the people are nothing more then bullies dictating what to eat, what not to say like censorship, violence in movies, violence in video game and even violence in real life are the result of all this.

Is it possible to control the weather

If we could intentionally heat parts of the ocean then would that affect the weather in that area.. but possibly have further reaching reactions

Minor weather control probably exists. Clearly, though, it's not perfect, if it exists, and no one but China in their right minds would do anything like Katrina or Rita. IMO, they are examples of a living being attacking parasites.
 
The key premise of this consipiracy theory is that weather is worse now than it was in the past. That premise is not true. The weathermen on the TV News hype about the "Storm of the Century" because that type of sensationalistic entertainment draws ratings, and not because it is actually the storm of the century.

Same thing: illuminati conspiracies exist because hack writers need to sell books, and preying on irrational fears is a great way to sell books despite bad writing and poor research.
 
I can only hope that people wracked by such deep and unfathomable paranoia can find peace with the Lord. It always concerns me though that they are sure that my salvation depends of a similar terror.
