i agree with the whole sweat absorbing thing. let the t-shirt take the beating, keep the outside of your shirt looking neat.

I can't stand to wear undershirts. Very uncomfortable and I sweat a bunch more from the extra layer of clothing. So, polo shirts without white tees all the time for me.

undershirts suck, too restrictive

NAY! I'm wearing a red polo (with white tee) right now, in fact. Going to hit the driving range after work is done in 15 minutes.

Yay, since I get pretty hot in the summer, wearing extra layers seems kind of stupid to me. Sure, there is the sweat thing, but I figure it's offset by the fact that most people sweat more when they get hotter, so you end up just as sweaty, only it doesn't evaporate out of your undershirt.

As far as style goes, am I the only person who thinks wearing a white t-shirt under your polo shirt looks dorky beyond belief? With all the cracks in this thread, you guys must think you are at the cutting edge of style. And maybe you are, but it still looks really dorky.

the only undershirts i wear in general are wife beaters. i never wear white t-shirts as undershirts, its just not comfortable.

sometimes i wear a beater and then just a white t-shirt (the undershirt kind of tshirt) overtop of it.

Screw wearing a white tee. Get a tightly fitted beater and you will still get the muscular look, thus having the best of both worlds.

You're effing crazy to layer clothing here (Texas) in the summer (all 6 months of it).
