How many doctors, nurses, and women have been killed by anti-abortion protesters?

and how many babies have been killed by abortion doctors?

not babies.

also, abortion is legal, bombing clinics is NOT.
Enough with the terminology. Calling it a different name doesn't make it different. It just makes it easier to pretend. Like calling cows beef and pigs pork. I always wondered why chickens don't get an alias when we eat them.
When does a "fetus" become a baby?
At birth?
If a full-term "fetus" has it's entire body delivered except for the head, then it isn't a baby?
Could you tell me what the difference is in the human being before birth and after birth?
All I can think of is it gets it's oxygen and nutrition differently. Physiologically, there is no magical, miraculous change at birth.

And slavery used to be legal too. That doesn't make it right.

and you totally missed the point of my post.

BOMBING clinics is ILLEGAL, ABORTION is NOT, if you want to change the law fine, but until the law has changed, the distinction between illegally bombing clinics and legally aborting fetuses remains.

No, I didnt' miss your point at all.
You are the one who completely missed my point and couldn't answer any of my questions, so I'll try again.

Yes. PETA. Not ONE sane person still has a PETA membership.

affection not dissection
meat is murder
animals are for petting
oh SHUT THE FVCK UP ALREADY!

i'm tired of you whining about poor little animals dying
and the food they are supplying
because if a big animal had the chance
it wouldn't take another glance
IT WOULD EAT YOU UP!

You go to UCF, right? This guy preached to my PHI2010 class today also. I also wish I would have known beforehand so I could have made a pass by Chick Fil a on the way to class.

That's funny. I was in the library last semester and this stundent came walking in. He stood up on a chair and said, "listen up everyone." We all thought he was a library worker so we all turned to him and he started preaching about sinners going to hell.

How many doctors, nurses, and women have been killed by anti-abortion protesters?

and how many babies have been killed by abortion doctors?

1) A lot

2) none, they abort fetuses

1) According to the NAF (National Abortion Federation), there have been 7 murders in the past 27 years. Is that what you consider to be "A lot"?
In 1995 alone, there were over 1 million abortions. At least 9000 of these were past 21 weeks. In other words, at least 9000 of these "fetuses" were more developed than this 20 week gestation fetus.another pic at 20 weeks gestation
Can you honestly look at that picture and tell me that isn't a baby and it's fine that over 9000 "fetuses" that were more developed than the one in the pic were killed in 1995 alone?

2) Definition of Baby:
A very young child; an infant.
An unborn child; a fetus.
The youngest member of a family or group.
A very young animal.
Source: The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition

As I said before, calling it a fetus doesn't change the fact that you can be talking about a fully developed 9 month gestation human being that is about to be delivered. It is no less of a baby the day before birth as the day after.

And even if you disregard all the abortions of <21 week fetuses and just look at the viable fetuses that have been killed.
9000 in one year versus 7 doctors or nurses killed in 27 years.
I think it's obvious who's winning.

*sigh*, and to think my little brother may transfer to UCF in the near future. :p

Jokes aside, a close friend of mine earned his masters there. UCF is a good school. The English department faculty and university library there recently provided me with info on a grad thesis that was completed at UCF.

We all laughed at him but he kept going. I told him that people are supposed to be quiet in libraries.

Ummm, WTF?
I don't understand why people even bother to reply to a post, especially quoting it, if they are going to simply ignore everything that was said in that quoted post.

Sorry for going off the topic.
As usual, ScottyB started it by bringing abortion into the discussion and I couldn't help but respond. Seeing his name made me forget this isn't P&N where EVERY thread is a viscious flame-fest.

Both of you, shut the hell up, you're making it harder for me to hear more about this PETA tard. Go make a thread in P&N, or if you want, I'll go make one for you.

Like I said, I didn't start it.
but I said sorry and I'm done.

What I don't get about the PETA people is why they would protest against things like trapping and killing of coyotes, wolves, and cougars.
I mean don't they know that those murderous evil animals kill and eat poor innocent sheep, cows, and chickens?
By protesting the killing of those animals, they are indirectly supporting the murder of other innocent animals.
