This sounds like a classic $5 palette cleanser game to play between heftier 30-40 hour titles to sort of reset your brain.

Definitely does not sound like a good stand alone full price purchase.

Its totally valid to wait for it to be on sale. But $29 is certainly not full price. Full price games these days are $65-90

I gotcha, I meant full price more from a "not deeply discounted sale price" perspective as opposed to the going industry rate for a AAA game.
