i propose a ludicrous and unnecessary over-complicated system of appointing "Capos" to handle the individual donations--maybe one Capo per 15 or 20 donations.

I actually turned them in yesterday, poor guy had to scan, print a receipt, and staple each one ... haha.

I got $40 in scratch offs with part of it, won $6...my luck has run dry.
