$749 would be a good price with a water cooled Fury.
i was hoping for 499USD for cut down fiji.R9 380 4gb 199
R9 390 8gb 299
R9 390x 8gb 399
Fiji pro 4gb hbm 599
Fiji xt 4gb hbm 749
Fiji xt /xtx 8gb hbm 849
Fiji vr 2x8gb hbm 1399-1499
woah, that seems reasonable. respin versions of 200 series and fiji gpus gets their own line up, sort of.

600USD is meh and i will skip this generation for sure.
600USD for reference and 650-700 for non reference for r9 290 successor.Yeah..
I am waiting for pascal.
I think just 2 Fiji cards this year. Fury Pro and Fury XT, with only one arriving soon.
I don't think we will see an SE model for Fiji.
Same here I do need to upgrade my GPU so I need something in the 4-500 range that's better than what I currently have. Maybe I could justify the 980ti but who knows.I usually choose the cut-down version of the latest chip, but if it is $600 I might have to pass. I'm hoping for closer to $500.

If true Fiji is going to be one beastly card, AMD generally prices their stuff in line with performance when it first comes out.R9 380 4gb 199

I've been keeping my eyes on the 290x for a while I guess I'll see what happens when the 980ti releases and hope for an amd price cut otherwise it may be tough shelling out $650 for the 980ti.Right now a 300$ gives the exact same gaming experience as a $550 980. If I were you I would hope there are some price cuts and AMD can salvage this price range. Other wise its either you pay $300 for a 290X or then you double it to get a $650 980 TI which is the next tangible (read: able to discern a difference) in the way your games run.
I understand that the soon to be launched 16GB 395x2 will be $650 and be 215% TitanX SLI.
I thought the reveal was going to wait until E3.
R9 3XX can be unveiled at Computex.
Fiji and the rest of Fiji line would be at E3.
Yeah doesnt look like its beating 980

No that guy was full of BS.
The price is from chiphell. Take it with some salt. But those Nvidia price is from benchlife and legit.

I geuinely believe that this is the case. Caribbean Islands, with GCN 1.2 or higher and at least the same core counts. Also note, Fiji is not Caribbean Island. Its Volcanic.
If this is the case, and completely new range of GPUs we will see at Computex, then information that full Hawaii has 2816 GCN cores makes sense.
We will see what core count will have Grenada GPU. I suppose it will be 3072, with less than 250W TDP.
Google Engrish seems like that person is a retailer/distributer and the product is in. If correct then there's an 8GB Fiji. Interesting, if true.
Well they should be fairly close, yes to that. I wouldnt buy it but for those with little cash, it offers value at $399. But GTX 970 shouldnt trail far behind either, and you get that one for $329 when 980Ti launch. That's pretty even though. Might best it by a small amount @ 1440p? 8GB of VRAM for dual GPU users could be good. Especially if priced right.
So it's yes then?![]()
