a big penis. but in your case, i would say just recognize what your strengths are and find ways to adapt to your weaknesses. Once you're well aware of what you really are capable of, everything seems doable.

When Im about to talk infront of a large group of people, I usually look around the room first and notice that no really gives a sh!t about what you have to say.

I have anxiety issues in waves it seems like, I'll go for for months without it even being an issue, then seems like after a few months of peace it will hit me like a ton of bricks and I'm all fvcked up and insecure about myself for some damn reason, usually I get it as a result of stresses at work, the ladies or in my current situation, a lady I'm off and on seeing at work :(

Need to work on it though, and I refuse to take drugs to "fix" it. I'm gonna have to start working out again, I never had this shyte happen when I worked out on a regular basis.

Well I can safely rule out the meth option straight away! Christ I can barely eat now my stomach is in such knots.

Find a bum and beat him up... you have no idea how empowering it feels to be able to beat somebody up.

Find some radioactive waste, transform into a superhero. That worked for the Toxic Avenger.

I would recommend porking a few hot babes. Nothing raises your self-confidence better than that.

I get anxiety attacks at work on and off as well. Some weeks it'll be a breeze. Other weeks or days I'm nervous all about nothing. It's anxiety from being on the phones. Once I'm doing it then it's no problem, but for whatever reason I have a fear for picking up that next call. Wierd. And then when I don't breathe right (cause I'm anxious) then the speech doesn't come out right and I feel like bottom of the barrel idiot. The more I'm conscious about it the worse it is.

be aware you are not the only one with that problem - actually a lot of people have it.

Also..you can try to mentally imagine a situation, totally exaggerated up to the point of total ridiculous hillariousity and then realize how irrelevant (or humorous) some things actually are :) Just imagine the worst, worst case scenario of what you fear and totally play that out in your mind like you are scripting the weirdest and funniest movie ever :)

I've got a HUGE week upcoming at work and my stress level is thru the roof !

Try not to think too much about it, other than what you are doing to prepare. If a negative thought comes into your mind, aggressively discount it. You might also try visualizing yourself performing your presentations or whatever and feeling very happy and succecssful about it. Imagine you are really there and how good it feels to have them done, how people enjoyed it, etc.

Listen to some good music, stuff that makes you feel powerfull and good. My favorite stress treatments are Death Metal and Death Grind your favorites will probably be different.
Also, During whatever time you have away from the office, take as much time as you can to do things that YOU like to do. Also, make sure you bum around and do nothing at least a few hours per week, it really feels good to just chill out and relax. Do something that is not productive, and that you would usually consider to be a complete waste of time. It has helped me from "burning out" in the past back when I used to work a lot of overtime. You could also treat the additional responsibillities at work as an opportunity to show your stuff, and to proove you are worth MORE to the company then they are paying you. Everytime I wind up in a big project, I bust my ass to get it done, and get it done right. During the time I'm doing it, it may be very difficult, however, I just remember that the better I do when something really counts, the sooner I'll get promoted, and the better increase I'll get during review time. Though that may seem like added pressure for some people, which I guess could hurt performance.
