Go to the gym. Great stress reliever, especially when your body is tight and you feel and look great.

Remember that you're a woman, and despite any insecurities or low-self esteem, nearly all men are at your mercy.

If I'm doing a presentation, or preparing for an interview, I usually do a few trial runs prior. I practically know everything I'm about to say before I even officially say it.

EXERCISE!

you will feel better physically, plus you will look better which will increase your self-image

AND, you will feel good about doing something good for your health so that will get you some self satisfaction :)

i usually just try and joke around as much as i can... i find the fact that people laugh at what you say and share in on the conversation makes everyone seem friendlier, happier and more satisfied being around you/each other... thats what i try and do at work at least, have as much fun as possible without sacrificing work...

Does it bother you that despite the fact that I probably appear gay I still have more success with women than you? I mean, that's got to hurt...

Actually being good at what you are doing and believing in it is a great way to start.

Meth is great for building false bravado...but then there's that thing where it gives you brain damage, so hmmm....decisions decisions.

Well I can safely rule out the meth option straight away! Christ I can barely eat now my stomach is in such knots.
