I watch Fringe, Life, Terminator, etc, on there. Much better than regular TV. (They also have some older movies with commercials)

I use Hulu.com for my own version of "On Demand". I like the fact that the commercials are short and I can use my 50" plasma for a display.

OTA HD > Hulu

If you want a better setup... OTA HD + HD-DVR > Hulu ... just in case you can't sit down at their scheduled times to watch. Frankly, the clarity is much, much better if you have a HDTV (even better than cable or satellite because of the horrible compression of HD channels).
