"The man, a welder, told the radio station he had forgiven his wife."

Nope, sorry. I'd prosecute the witch to the fullest extent of the law. She'd be tied up in court from now until 10 years after she was dead.

That's funny, Xiety! Hahaha! Does that come with the bondage and spanking too? :Q :D

Gobadgrs, you're the one who keeps on whining about me posting an opinion in your threads or speak of not hearing me, not I. Do you want to strike a deal? If you aren't serious about striking it, don't waste my time or yours. If you haven't noted, I hardly even post in any of your threads as of late. You will see me stick with the deal, provided you do not violate it by directing a statement toward me, implicitly or explicitly.

You must be kidding about that question you posed. There are cases where such response is warranted. If a woman is a victim of domestic abuse and rape from her supposed spouse, then getting up one night and cutting it off wouldn't be a bad idea. You could try the same rule to a woman who is abusive to her husband and rapes him. I doubt you would really see anything close to comparison between the two, though.

I hope you aren't serious in supporting what this woman did... How would you feel if a man cut off a woman's breast when he found that she was cheating on him? That would be considered msyoginistic and a hate crime...

R

Ditto.

What a crazy b!tch of a woman. I would NOT forgive in that situation.

I wouldn't let them stop the bleeding. A man without a cack is a drain on humanity and does not need to live.

He still has her forgiveness to seek for his adultery, as much as she needs his forgiveness.

The problem I have with it, is that it just said there were text messages from a woman. The article never said if he was cheating or even who the other woman was or what the messages were.

Leave it to the typical woman to go crazy and become irrational about something or a situation she doesn't completely understand.

Yeah, there is definitely a close relationship between a friggin text message and rape. You know, you're right - a man should definitely be able to cut off whatever part of a woman's body he wants if she rapes him - yeah, it's in the news all the time.

Isn't it weird that this is the second news I have seen about Filipino spouses doing this. Earlier this year, this article came on and was posted on AT: Man Cuts Off Penis to prove his fidelity to his estranged wife. Weirdos. :p

If one more happens, I'm going to scream . . . this isn't some weird thing in the Philippines. Hehe! :D I'm kidding, but that's cause for worry. :p

So where did you see me equate the two? You just feel like talking, don't you? Either that or you chose to skip my response to Rgwalt's concern.

"...rushed her husband to hospital... but that she forgot to bring the severed piece of flesh."

Hah, I'm sure she "forgot" !

Dirty Boy, you're right. I wanted to say "provided she was correct in being angry." However, I didn't bother adding that because the authors failed to give us more information, but they did indicate to us that the lady had seen text messages. It would seem they would have stated that it was the wrong person or a misinterpretation if it were, so it would make the wife's behaviour furthermore bizarre, unacceptable and inexcusable. All they spoke of was how she rushed him to the hospital after cutting his private part. You would also notice that her husband was described as "wayward", both in the headline and content. It at least establishes that even if this wasn't adultery, the message was indeed for him and his wife objects to such communication. Knowing exactly the intended application of the word there would help to establish quickly the relationship between the woman who sent the message and him. It is possible that he hadn't committed adultery but, using the given clues, I think that he likely did it. Who knows, maybe that's why he's quick to say he forgave her! Haha!

Rgwalt, I was half kidding. (I wouldn't really equate it with cutting a woman's boobs; however, that's irrelevant.) In my view, there are circumstances that warrant such aggression. This case didn't necessarily warrant it, but I found it funny.

Is there a particular reason you are such a moron or is it genetic? BTW, offence is spelled offense.

um... ouch. That would suck just a lot.

I can't believe he forgave his wife. Sure, she drove him to the hospital, but she ginsued his manhood in the first place! No way I could forgive ANYONE for that violation.

Kind of funny for someone who is a wannabe laywer and who also has supposed laywer siblings, I would have thought that she knows people are innocent until proven guilty. But then again since its a man, hes already guilty

Just curious, but what body part on a woman would be the equivalent of cutting off a man's penis? You wouldn't equate it with a woman's breast, but I think you dismiss the importance of a man's penis.

This all being said, I figured that you were at least partly kidding, but IMHO, this isn't a joking matter at all. Removing a man's penis is never a joking matter, and is never appropriate. If your husband is abusive and you can't think of a better way out, KILL HIM. Cutting off his penis just makes you look INSANE.
