Callers to the station, reacting to the news, offered helpful hints to wayward husbands such as never sleeping on their backs and always keeping mobile phones tucked under the pillow.

thats it, I'm never sleeping on my back again.

Yeah, that's my girl! Yaaaaaaaaaaay!

Ah, but she felt remorseful and helped him recover it! :( Damn! Forget it now!

LOL! It's good to see strong women, but I wish they would apply that strength to their choices and senses. :p ;)

after finding out that his wife cheated on him, a man in Kenya cut off his own penis to "teach her a lesson"

I hope you aren't serious in supporting what this woman did... How would you feel if a man cut off a woman's breast when he found that she was cheating on him? That would be considered msyoginistic and a hate crime...

Exactly. I can't wait to see the reaction some women will have the first time a guy gets the idea to slice off his cheating wifes clit. They'll make a martyr out of her. Women seem to have little problem with this however.

I don't get the not-sleeping-on-your-back...I'm having a bad day, so I'm probably missing something obvious here.

Other than that...he's just stupid, and she's crazy, invading his privacy like that. That's even worse than reading someone's email :p

Just like Whitney, he had forgiven her before the reattachment was complete.

Nice.

Yet if I had a wife and posted on how she cheated and then I beat her, you'd be all over me.

EDIT: I see this point has pretty much been made already. :)

Ouch!!!

Reminds me about this little episode (but without Mr Happy being snipped off)
A year ago a good friend accidentally got an ICQ message meant for his then fiancee (sender clickt on wron recipient and didn't notice) in which it became clear that she was cheating him - not even for the first time but for the third time! Needless to say she was kicked out of the house right after she got home-

More like a retarded woman.

Kiss my a$$, Gobadgrs! You say how I shouldn't talk to you; yet in threads not started by you, you come in once again to get personal. Stick that fork 'cuz I don't play with boys! I'm through with you.

Rgwalt, I was half kidding. (I wouldn't really equate it with cutting a woman's boobs; however, that's irrelevant.) In my view, there are circumstances that warrant such aggression. This case didn't necessarily warrant it, but I found it funny.

If you note, I said I wished women would demonstrate their strengths in other ways. One way, in my view, would have been to kick him out/dump him in a stylish way of course. Ignoring cultural relativism, there are two wrong-doers here: The wife and the husband. Once again, we have his offence being ignored because the woman responded with overwhelming aggression/passion. He still has her forgiveness to seek for his adultery, as much as she needs his forgiveness.

Music to my ears! Does that mean youll stay the hell out of my threads? BTW what circumstances warrant the cutting off of a mans penis, or the mutilation of a womans vagina? Id be curious to know, just so that I may know in the future when its morally OK for me to mutilate someone elses genetalia.

Where in that article did it say he'd committed adultery? It said he'd received a text message from another woman which isn't necessarily the same thing. We don't know what the message said but the article certainly did not state that he cheated on her. You might want to try working on your basic reading comprehension.

By the way, is there a reason you're so fond of using the phrase "that's my girl'? Your attempt at showing a bond between you and other mentally troubled women is touching and all but I think you're failing to grasp the simple fact that if they knew you, they too would hate you.
