I know this costs more than other UPS's people have posted but it is 700VA and has 3 battery back up outlets, 3 surge protector outlets, and modem surge protector. In addition, there are 2 outlets on the back (1 battery, 1 surge) that are on short cords so you can plug in transformer plugs for routers, switches, speakers etc., w/o giving up an adjacent outlet.
Running a Pentium III and a 21" monitor the batteries are supposed to last for 16 minutes. That should be plenty of time to shutdown cleanly. Might be nice to have a larger UPS for you Athlon guys!
(that's a smile of envy, still running a couple of celeron systems)
It's at CompUSA.
Seems like a pretty good deal. Thoughts?
Let me know.
Thanks,
Pigseye
