can you believe this? some of these are going for about 200-300 dollars a piece. isn't there somethign in the license agreement that says they're not allowed to sell these? they're going to get sued aren't they?

maybe i'm just bitter that i didn't get in 🙂
 
In the agreement they sent me it says,

"You are entitled to use the Program for your own use, but you are not entitled to:

(i) sell, auction, or grant a security interest in or transfer reproductions of the Program to other parties in any way, nor to rent, lease or license the Program to others without the prior written concent of Blizzard...."
 
well i hope Blizzard hunts these guys down and sues the pants off of em... kinda kills it for the people who signed up and actualy WANTED TO PLAY the game
 
That really pisses me off...these asses were picked and they go and sell it when I was overlooked and had every plan of doing what a beta tester should. :|

you know that these auctions are most likely all going to bust. multiple bids by a guy with -1 feedback
 
Yeah I doubt that 11k one is going to sell. Look at his feedback, it's 0. More then likely he just signed the account up to place that bid because they're so ridiculous in selling it in the first place.
 
Everyone Should Wright BLizzard & Complain About these Being Sold on Ebay & See if they Dont Just Cancell those accounts.... I Thinks it aint fair that who has the highest bid gets to play 1st... Cause I know some of us poor people can game...
 
Most of those auctions have been shut down. The remaining few have already been reported to eBay and are "under investigation". Not to mention the users who are intentionally distruption those auctions. Looks like the "free market" will take care of these losers.

I'd sell mine if I got into the program. Sure, I'd love to play it, but there are poeple who want to play it even more.

In the agreement they sent me it says,

^^ It clearly states that you are not ALLOWED to sell it. So even if you wanted to sell it, you aren't supposed to be selling it.

I know that, but I'm not supposed to download mp3s and divx movies also...that hasn't stopped me. I signed up, because I wanted to play it. But with a $400 profit, I would have sold it and waited for the final...


But don't worry, I'm not a beta tester...didn't get in.
