I have shopped elsewhere such as chopper shopper, kroger, Hy-vee and something are cheaper then waljerks! If we don't do something about them growing bigger all the time, everyone will become slaves very soon. Sam Walton is related to Hitler, they are cousin. That's why they are so mean and oppressive. They would push a person on wheel chair off so they will die soon and not receive any benefits. They even allow people with learning disability to work for them while the intelligent onces are brushed off because are afraid of what they might say to the public.
ROFLMAO!
If you don't like them............don't shop there! Nobody is forcing you or anyone else to.
The only reason they are "growing bigger" is because demand for their stores is there, thus there must literally be millions upon millions of people whom like and want Wally World in their area.
First, Sam Walton is dead and has been for several years. Second, he started off with a small general store in Arkansas which grew when his sons and daughters got in the picture. None of them are in any way related to "Hitler" and if you knew the families you'd know that they are not mean, oppressing people.
The problems with todays Wal-Mart is that they have grown into a literal retail/wholesale giant and the management is now run by people outside the immeadiate Walton family for the most part. Hiring firms dictate the hiring practices, accountants dictate the wages, management firms dictate the products inventoried in the stores region.
The area I went to college in is also the home of two of the most directly related Sam Walton decendants. They are some of the most "down to earth" mega-rich people I've ever met. They give more to charity and to help in disasters than most other retailers. When a flood hit that state in '93 & '95, Wal-Mart was the #1 contributor of aid in money and products. When a tornado hit the city which they live in in '97, once again they were the #1 contributor. Immeadiately after 9/11 they set up direct fund drives and matched what the stores collected nationwide dollar for dollar. Recently in the Tsunami disaster, two of the largest U.S. home retailers gave products and money to build 200 homes a piece in Sri Lanka to help the people.........Wal-Mart match the duos input dollar for dollar to double the total to 800 homes.
Now, tell me how terrible they are.......could they use some revamping of their management? Yes, but this is common in all mega corporations, but, the fact is they are still the worlds #1 retailer and the U.S.'s #1 employer.
No, I'm not and never have been a Wally World employee but one of my husbands best freinds is a regional manager for them.
