I see Sp33dy and posters like him in the same way I do some religious zealots. They act as if everyone accepts their view of the world as inherently true, and that non-believers are just rejecting the truth instead of operating in an entirely different framework.

Some Christians, for example, proselytize as if everyone in the world 'knows' God exists; they have no idea how to reach atheists (not that they really could) because they can't fathom a mindset that doesn't automatically attribute divine origins. In Sp33dy's case, it's that he sees Trump as infallible and can't imagine people being critical of the man he loves the most.
