I went there to buy a couple of DVDs. I swear to god, 90% of the movies there are full screen, what the hell? they need to stop endorsing this. Full screen sucks, God.

in only go there to buy bird food.

my bird died a few years ago, hence my point.

I see, you haven't accepted that the bird is dead yet you buy bird food every week. Interesting... *plays tic tac toe while pretending to jot down notes*

Walmart sucks.

I don't even know why I bother.

I was shopping at Walmart "SuperCenter" a couple of weeks ago because I thought I'd save some time getting a bunch of things all at one place (Clothes, DVD's, beer, etc.)

The "time saving" was completely negated by the half hour line I had to wait in just to check out. 🙁

Two of the things I bought was Enterprise: Third Season and the special edition box set of LOTR (Shut up! Yes. I'm Über-Nerd.)

The following week I went to Target. Enterprise was $10 less and LOTR was $20 less!!!!!

Aaaargh!!!!!!

Wait, what does F stand for?

I know R stands for REPOST, but F? Fvck?

Also, the DVD selection is rather......bad.

Who has heard of "Johnny saved Nicky"? Or "Momma's got a new bag 2"?

6 years ago I bought a Sony Trinitron TV. Its a 4:3 screen (full screen). I don't like black bars am I an Idiot maybe but I just can't afford a 16:9 TV at the moment. So call me what you will but I'd say 75% of people have 4:3 screens.

I never noticed that when I used to buy DVDs at Walmart. I agree with your topic title though.

Yet you shop there...

My rant of Walmart. Years ago I went to purchase a bike. I asked for assitance with a bike that was on the top rack. CSR said "I'll get you the CSR for this department" 10 minutes later, one person comes along, dude is in a wheelchair. Obviously he can't help me so they get someone else. Next guy is blind, literally. I said screw it, i'll get it myself. Scaled the rack and handed the bike down to my friend.
