Ordered a 2100FP monitor from them about a week ago...received it 3 days ahead of their projected delivery date...rock!
 
ordered an LCD a few months back and changed my mind and wanted to return it. they offered to give me $100 to keep it or sell it to someone who wants it. I took that cash and sold the monitor locally. Free $100. Thanks Dell!
