Heh it's sad when a pda has better specs than the hunk of junk laptop my company issued me. 😛

Enjoy the pda.

I like Dell, except for the fact that when I sent my 600m back to get the bluetooth module fixed, they sent it back without the bluetooth module!! Umm, hello McFly? Pain in the arse waiting for them to fix it...and of course both times I had to deal with the famous Indian tech support!

Tech: "are the drivers installed? Hit Fn-F2 to enable dee bluetoot."
Me: "Uhh..lemme say this a third time. Its showing 'not installed' in the bios. There is no blue light. It is not in device manager. Your tech forgot to put it in or he put in a dead module."
Tech: "Right-click the icon in device manager, and check properties, and check driver date."
Me: "ITS NOT IN DEVICE MANAGER!"
Tech: "Let me talk to my supervisor......<20 minute hold>.....did you reboot?"

I should've bought an IBM, or at least a Latitude from Dell Small Business.

Is there a free easy to use application to shrink movies so they fix on a PPC PDA?

He didn't have complete care. It was the standard one-year warranty. The CSR said they would do one "no questions asked" exchange.

Check out the Aximsite.com forums for lots of info. They have a GPS forum with lots of information.

I am using a Dell Axim X30H. Very cool unit. Nice and small. Built in BT and WIFI...couldn't ask for more🙂

I have the Axim mounted on a Seidio G2500 GPS Ready Car Mount. The unit has a built in speaker and powers your Axim via a car adapter. Very nice unit.

The GPS unit is from Belkin. It is model # F8T051. The unit is Bluetooth enabled and has a very small footprint. Belkin has the unit for $140 with a coupon.

You will probably need a SD card or whatever flash memory card your PDA takes to hold the map data for the GPS program. I am using a 512MB card and it is plenty.

The software with the Belkin GPS works great. The GPS is very accurate too. The software will tell you when to turn and it shows you how far till your next turn etc. I just started using it and I'm very pleased with the setup.
