luxury cars typically have V8s. without one you basically can't compete. take the acura RL, for instance. no one mentions it in the same breath as the LS 400, or the 5, or the E. it has a weak V6 engine that doesn't even get better mileage than the V8s.

I'm doubting that you have the cheapest car money can buy. You probably had the money left over to buy something a little more. Peple buying $60k car just take that mindset further. If you have your house paid off and make $350k/year, why not do it?

Ooh, that is a nice one! I also liked the 300 Hemi C concept from a few years back. I got to see that one in person so maybe that made me appreciate it more.
