I did forget about the concentration camps where those kids have to drink out of the toilets and are denied medical care and basic hygiene. There must be several thousand that have died by now, probably the ones whose parents were sent to the gas chamber.
As soon as there is a democrat in the white house, those camps will be called "integration centers" and be lauded is a beacon of hope for the downtrodden.

No, as soon as there is a Democrat in the White House, the concentration camps will be closed, every rollback that damages the air and water will be reversed, people won't have to live in fear, and freedom will be restored.

Only if you don't admit that you knew it would harm the eagle. ;)

Eagles have their own law.

Just ask Jadeveon Clowney...he killed an Eagle last week and got away with it... :p

I see this as the vultures banding together to block CBP radio signals for their benefit...if they can prevent the border patrol from rescuing folks who are near death...they have more food sources...

That comes across a lot stronger if you hum "Battle hymn of the republic" while reading it.

I didn't know there was a resistance movement against CPB.
This place is a veritable wellspring of information.
There's been a resistance movement against the CBP as long as I've been in Arizona so at least since the early 90s. People who have never been to the border or who don't live with CBP wouldn't be expected to know anything about it. Not knowing anything about the border will, of course, not prevent them from talking out their asses.

So the resistance movement is kind of a secret society that only people within X distance of the border know about? Do they have meetings? Is there a secret handshake, or some symbol that you wear to identify yourselves to other resistance members? Is there a code word or phrase that gets you into the secret meetings? I think you should use "pigs fly on Fridays", that's always been my favorite secret phrase.
Clearly these folks are experts at staying hidden, a google search turns up nothing on them, not one single word.

Maybe you just are trying hard to not see.

Prior to Humane Borders, most work was carried out by various church-based groups.

Various church based groups support migrants all over the country. It's that heretical love & charity thing.

That's not a resistance movement, that's a humanitarian movement, and one that I have no issue with.
Is it your position that those folks are worse off in detention centers than lose in the desert? Humane Borders claims three thousand dead crossing into the US, how many have died from injuries, malnutrition, or dehydration while in US custody, not counting those who came in sick or injured?

The vast majority of those detained would be better off had they slipped past CBP. It's not like the Trump admin. They actually had a plan.

It's my position all parties are better off with immigration reform which your fluffee Trump agreed to in a meeting with Nancy and then reneged later.

How do we know that anyone will be better off with immigration reform? We don't know what that reform is.
The feds have been kicking this particular can down the road since Reagan took a stab at it. Why is it suddenly all Trump's fault? He's nothing more than the latest president to not address the issue, and my hunch is he won't be the last.

Please. The Trump admin has taken callous dickishness to new lows. Examples abound. Start with the Dreamers.

Gotta love it. When I mention dickishness, two guys pipe right up with "Me too! I'm a dick! Fuck them Dreamers!" The Dreamers are people who were brought here as children & raised in this country. They're as American as anybody else, other than the paperwork. I figure it would be different if they were Norwegian, but what would I know?

I would call it a win. We owe them nothing.
You're right, we don't owe them anything, but does that justify sending them back to a country they've never been a part of? These people were children when they came to the US, they didn't have a choice, they didn't know they were doing something wrong, they shouldn't be punished for the mistakes of their parents. They should be granted permanent resident status, we can afford that small kindness.

The Trump administration already reinterpreted the act to make enforcement all but impossible. If a person took an action that could reasonably be expected to harm or kill a protected bird, the person could have been prosecuted under the act. With the Trump interpretation, the person would have to announce, “I am taking this action with intent to harm a protected bird” prior to taking the action in order to be prosecuted.
And a judge tells the Trump administration to go pound sand, again.
