In honor of disappoint, I present the vomit thread.

You know what's disgusting? Vomit. Make a thread on vomit and see how many replies it gets. No where near the popularity of threads like this one. That is because fear motivates people to action more than disgust. They fear this will take the country in the wrong direction.

:D

My daughter and I were just discussing how hard it is to get to the toilet or a bucket vs just blowing chucks everywhere. I told her the first time you have to clean up vomit really motivates you to make it to the toilet the next time.

The topic came up because a teacher said his daughter was sick and he had to catch her puke in his hands. She couldn't imagine doing that as a parent. I told her little kids will vomit anywhere, but adults are like "hell, no, that's $2k carpeting!"

Vomiting is the worst.

My dogs eat their own vomit if I don't clean it up in time (eg. at work).

well that's good if it's on a hard floor.

When my cats overeat and barf, the dog is always of assistance.

...that makes me want to vomit. haha
cat vomit isn't anywhere near as barf-inducing as human vomit, because it's usually either just some thin liquid with a ball of hair, or a fairly compact and dry turd of barely munched food that doesn't yet smell like gastric juices.

Dog diarrhea instead, I just can't stand it, especially if in a closed room, the smell is just.... ugh.

Ugh, when my dog was old and near the end, he started to have a delightful habit of doing that in the living room before I got home from work. Open the door, and WHOOOOM...
